WALKING TO REDUCE STRESS AND MENOPAUSE SYMPTOMS

A study shows that one way to help reduce stress and other psychological symptoms that go along with menopause is walking regularly.  Though is says that it wasn’t able to stop hot flashes, women who was experienced this kind of natural method were much likely to report significant levels of stress compared to those who avoid walking for some 40 to 90 minutes a day. It is recommended to women who are in their way to menopausal period to have a walking routine to help them reduce some menopausal symptoms.
