About Menopause

Menopause typically starts between the ages of 45 and 55. Menopause itself is just a term user to refer to the end of menstruation. At this stage, the ovary of a woman stops producing eggs marking the end of a female’s fertile years.

This is often associated by an uncomfortable menopausal symptom such as hot flash because the level of female hormones, such as estrogen and progesterone, once in abundance, gradually depleted.
